Online Yoga Classes
If you have got this far through the website I am guessing you are interested in joining our online classes.
Secondly, if the information so far has inspired you to take this further I will send you an invite to an online chat and initial free lesson this is for us to meet and for me to gain an insight into what you would like to achieve from your yoga practice as well as going through a few basics, especially if you are new to yoga. This appointment will take approximately 20 minutes and is a free consultation, no obligation to commit.

Connecting to Us
Connecting to our lessons online is a simple procedure.
We use the video conferencing platform Zoom. Once you have requested to attend a class (this needs to be 24 hours in advance), a link to the class will be emailed to you.
Click on this link prior to the class starting and follow the instructions on screen. This may take a couple of minutes the first time therefore please allow time for this in order for the class to commence on time.
Any problems you experience please do not hesitate to contact Mark on mark@altaihealing.com.
Safe Practice
Always start a home practice with time to collect yourself, let go of what has been, release from what is to come, connect with now.
1. The Breath This can be achieved by focusing on the natural breath. Once you have a sense of the dance of your breath in the body you can then begin to control this by deepening and lengthening it.
2. Gentle Full Body Warm-Up This can be Tibetan tapping. Please email us if you are unsure.
3. Balanced Practice A good home practice consists of a mix of standing and floor asanas, twists, backbends, forward folds and balances, finishing with at least 3 minutes relaxation. For every movement to the left you must take it to the right. For every forward fold you must include a backbend. Always keep a balanced practice.

This is not a difficult procedure. We will send you a link via email to your selected class, from there you click on the link and follow the instructions it takes not more than a few seconds. See also ‘Connecting to us’ page.
