Altai Massage

From an early age, having suffered a series of debilitating illnesses that there appeared to be no answers to, I was taken as a ‘last resort’ to a form of massage therapy which completely turned my life around. That was 30 years ago, since that time I too have been helping others to open up their bodies to self-heal through various massage techniques.

Altai massage has its roots in the shamanic healing traditions of the Altai mountain region of Siberia. Using long rhythmic, sweeping movements, the whole treatment has the beauty and tranquility of the Altai region landscape creating space within the body to allow for self-healing both mentally and physically, leaving you with a sense of peace and well-being.

I also invite you to join my yoga practice which reflects the same ethos, focusing on harmony between mind and body.

“Thank you so much for massage… It feels easier just for your touch. I felt as though I was walking on air and my headache eased.”

Mandy, Brookland

“I felt light and can still see light scanning my body each time you start the Altai massage. It was like the cells in my body where talking, everything was chattering. Still is. With you it is always a place of Grace that I go to.”

Polly, Rye

Animal Altai

Altai healing is transferrable to all animals. For over 25 years I have been treating various 4-legged friends from rabbits through to horses.

With no pre-conceived ideas of what I can do for them it is remarkable how knowing animals are and will always present very clearly their problems to me, never failing to say thank you!

I have helped with many different issues from anger problems to show jumping, alignment to general weakness/malaise.

“Albie is like a spring chicken this morning. Thank you very much for weaving your magic.”

Michelle, Wittersham

“thank you for your help and diagnosis of Rocky. You were quite right and three days later an abscess burst out of the back of his heal. Although it was quite serious and has taken a long time to go down we are now back in action. He is such a sweet horse and I think we are definitely not going to sell him now. Yours thankfully and forever grateful.”

Alex, Udimore

“So pleased with what you’ve done for them (horses). Thank you SO much, it is close to miraculous!!”

Paula, Beckley

“We cannot thank you enough for all you did in finding a pretty ungrateful, furious pedigree pussy, who would rather live in a dilapidated hay barn! There is no escape when Lizzie is about! Absolutely amazing and a huge huge huge big THANKS! (Sabi does not send any regards or love!) Much love to you Lizzie!”
