Meditation & Mindfulness

In this ever more stressful and complicated world, returning to the body and being present is even more necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Mark has been meditating since the early 90s and brings with him a simple and direct form of practise for us to share. In the Oast Round Room at Huggits his classes consist of small groups of 4 or 5, and this principle he maintains online.

Four evenings a week he will be offering Yoga Nidra and Meditation, alternately, directly after the evening classes.
